Meet the Humans behind the leash

I'm also a dog mom to two very good boys, Toby and Roger. They're my shadows, my stress relief, my whole heart. Which is exactly why, on my own wedding day, not having them there is still the biggest regret I carry — one I'll never get the chance to undo.
No couple should have to choose between the people they love and the pets who've been with them through everything leading up to this moment. I started this business so that other couples wouldn't have to look back and wish, the way I do, that things had gone differently.
Having them truly present at my own wedding felt logistically overwhelming at the time — I wanted my dogs there without adding stress to our guests or our day, and I didn't know how to make that happen. That firsthand experience is what sparked the idea for our wedding pet attendant services. I realized other couples were likely facing the same dilemma: wanting their furry family members part of the celebration, without the extra worry or inconvenience falling on the people they love.
Beyond the logistics and planning, what truly drives me is the joy of seeing a happy pet take part in their humans' special day — a wagging tail walking down the aisle, a gentle nuzzle during photos. Those are the moments that make it all worthwhile.
I'd love to hear about your unique love story and how Tie The Leash can help make your wedding day even more special with your furry family members by your side. Let's chat soon!
hello, I'm Trinh
I'm the founder of Tie The Leash. So, you're thinking your wedding just wouldn’t be complete without your furry best friend by your side? You've sniffed out the right spot!
I'm wagging my metaphorical tail that you're considering Tie The Leash team to be part of your big day. I grew up with dogs & cats and have always considered working with pets a passion of mine. My background is actually in education and instructional design — but somewhere along the way, that love for animals found its way back into my work.
My background in education and instructional design taught me the value of clear planning, anticipating needs, and providing a supportive and enriching environment – the very foundation of how I care for your pets on your wedding day. Ensuring safe and comfortable transportation, along with attentive care during the ceremony and photos, allows me to handle all the pet-related details with precision and love, ultimately leaving you free to soak in every precious moment. The people you love, the pets you love — all in one celebration.

Meet the
Team

Richard & Trinh
Husband and wife, and the heart behind Tie The Leash. Trinh is the founder & owner - the one who dreamed this business into being after wishing her own dogs could've been part of her wedding day. Together, they get to know couples' dogs ahead of time, so that by the wedding, it doesn't feel like hiring help — it feels like family showing up.
That's exactly how clients describe them. As one couple put it, "they treated our girl like family" — from meet-and-greets weeks in advance to walks, feedings, and photo-ready moments on the day itself. Another couple, married on a hectic TX/OU weekend, shared how Richard and Trinh stayed calm and steady through it all, leaving them not just with a great pet sitter, but "lifelong friends." As one client summed it up: "worth every single penny."

Ashley
Dog mom to Ernie & Kernel, Ashley brings calm, attentive care to every pup she works with on-site. Clients notice it immediately — one bride shared how just glancing over and seeing her dogs finally lying down relaxed (something that rarely happens!) put her mind at ease, knowing Ashley was keeping them hydrated, comforted, and even mindful of hot concrete under their paws.
She's also quick on her feet. When last-minute changes came up for post-ceremony photos, Ashley kept the pups focused and camera-ready, and when she noticed them getting anxious around a bigger crowd, she stepped in at exactly the right moment to give them a break. As one client put it: "I could go on forever about how perfect she were."

Molly
Dog mom to Clover, Molly knows firsthand how much a comfortable, well-cared-for dog can make a wedding day even better. Clients feel that peace of mind right away — one couple shared how their dog was in such great hands with Molly that they didn't worry for a moment on their big day. From picking the pup up at home, to bringing him to the church in time for those can't-miss photos with the photographer, to bringing him back home afterward with plenty of love along the way, every detail was handled with care.
It's that kind of attentiveness that turns a stressful logistical piece of wedding planning into one less thing to think about. As one couple put it after their big day: "if only we could get married again… cause we would 100% book y'all again."
